We specialize in using Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) systems, such as the QuadLock™ and QuadDeck™ ICF System, a highly energy efficient modern method of construction. The QuadLock™ and QuadDeck™ ICF Systems are designed to maximize build speed and performance. It is a pre-assembled, ICF system The ICF components fit tightly together without using glue or mortar to form a very strong formwork system into which we pump concrete. The concrete core width can be varied in size according to the structural requirements of the project design.

NEW-TEK Construction Solutions S.A. de C.V. is the general Quad-Lock ICF Distributor for Mexico. With Quad-Lock you can build walls up to a true R-Value of 40.
